Most of them as a clone to the very successful TINYURL.COM, which is still the leading service. We could mention at least 90 URL shorteners, including bit.ly, tr.im, digg.com, and so forth, however as of yesterday, there was only one for Mexico. The first player in the mexican market was ito.com.mx. With a 120+ MM population and over 23% Internet penetration in Mexico, Ito has not had the success a URL shortener can achieve.

CeBit Germany is the largest IT event in the world. Each year it is held in Hannover at the Messe. In 2009 it featured over 4,300 exhibitors from 69 countries. CeBIT Germany 2009 was the host for over 400,000 visitors from all over the world, who gathered in search of the latest market and technology trends.
